| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | The Board of Directors of Cordlife Group Limited ("Board") wishes to announce that Ms. Thet Hnin Yi ("Ms. Thet") has tendered her resignation to the Board on 14 August 2025 to focus on personal priorities. Ms. Thet will be serving her notice period of three (3) months and her last day of employment will be 14 November 2025. The Board has identified a suitable replacement Group Chief Financial Officer (whose appointment has been separately announced today). Until such date, Ms. Thet will continue to ensure smooth functioning of the finance team and complete the transition and handover of her duties. Ms. Thet will relinquish all her appointments with the Company and its subsidiaries on or by her last day of service. The Board wishes to put on record its appreciation for Ms. Thet's contribution during her tenure. |
