| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and the Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on 14 March 2013 ("Book Closure Date") for the purpose of determining members' entitlement to the interim dividend ("Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 Singapore 068898 up to 5.00pm on 13 March 2013 ("Entitlement Date") will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the Dividend. Subject as aforesaid, persons whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00pm on the Entitlement Date will be entitled to the Dividend.
